How To Use

Facial Patches

Wear the face patches overnight, while you sleep to stop from furrowing your brow. Wake up with your face smooth and sleep lines completely gone. Go to bed with the knowledge that you smooth wrinkles, not creating them. The patches are strong, but gentle, too. They are hypoallergenic and noninvasive

Suitable for use day or night,
  • Apply the desired patch to the target area on clean & dry skin. For ease of use, slide fingernail below the patch to remove from backing sheet.
  • If applying as part of your existing skincare routine, ensure any excess product residue is fully absorbed so the patch adheres correctly.
  • Smooth out the target wrinkle, apply and wear for at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
  • For deeper lines double up (overlap) the patches to create more rigid patch strength.
  • To remove support the skin with one hand to prevent unnecessary stretching and remove the patch smoothly with the other.
  • APPLICATION TIP - For deeper lines double up (overlap) the patches to create more rigid patch strength.

Use only use as directed and DO NOT USE on the delicate under-eye area. DO NOT USE until 6 weeks after having gone a chemical face peel. Always conduct a patch test for an hour prior to use.

We recommend applying a test patch on the back of the hand for an hour to test for allergies, stop using if this occurs.

      Neck and Chest Silicon Pads.

To get the best use out of Silicon Pads and extend their usability, we recommend following these steps:

    • Cleanse and dry your neck area: Before applying the Silicon Pad, ensure that your area of application is clean and dry. Remove any oils, lotions, or other substances that may affect the adhesion of the pad.
    • Apply the pad to dry skin: Gently remove the Silicon Pad from its protective plastic sheet & retain this for use. Place it on the desired area. Make sure the skin is dry and free from any moisture.
    • Secure the pad firmly: Press the pad firmly onto your neck, ensuring that it adheres well to the skin. Smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles to create a tight seal.
    • Recommended duration of use. It is generally recommended to leave the pad on for a certain period, typically several hours or preferably overnight, to allow the process to work effectively.
    • Remove the pad gently: After the recommended duration, carefully remove the Silicon Pad. Start from one edge and peel it off slowly to avoid any discomfort or skin irritation.
    • Clean and store the pad properly: After each use, clean the Silicon Pad with mild soap and water to remove any residue. Rinse it thoroughly and let it air dry. To avoid dust particles, place the pad in a clean, dry drawer while it dries. Once the pad is completely dry, affix it back onto the protective plastic sheet it came with. This will help protect the pad from dust and debris, ensuring its cleanliness and longevity for future use. By following these cleaning and storage instructions, you can maintain the effectiveness and durability of the Pad for up to 15 uses.
    • Repeat the process regularly: For optimal results, use the Silicon Neck Pad regularly for 2-3 months to see a lasting rejuvenated and refreshed appearance. Maintain use thereafter to keep the skin hydrated.

Do not use on sensitive, irritated, cut, scratched, or damaged skin.
Do not use if allergic to Silicone or adhesive.
      CAUTION:
Use only use as directed and always conduct a patch test for an hour prior to use.

      MyScar Silicone Adhesive Strips

Before Application: Only start applying silicone strips once your wounds have healed. For surgery scars start using them about 1 to 2 weeks after your stitches are taken out.

Cleanse the Area: Wash your hands and the scar area with mild soap and water. Ensure that the skin is clean and dry before applying the silicone strip.

Cut to Size: Cut the silicone strip to fit the size and shape of your scar, ensuring that it extends about half an inch beyond the scar's edges.

Peel Off Backing: Carefully peel the backing off the silicone strip to expose the adhesive side.

Apply Gently: Place the adhesive side of the silicone strip directly onto the scar. Smooth it out, so there are no air bubbles or wrinkles.

Application: At start apply for 4 hours day 1 gradually increasing to 8 hours by day 4. For optimal results after day 5 to day 12, gradually increase from 12 to 24 hrs. Remove the sheet every 12-24 hours to clean it and the scar area. Wash both with mild soap and water, rinse, and dry thoroughly before reapplying.

Replace as Needed: Replace the strip when it no longer adheres effectively after

      Copper Gua Sha

Use your Gua Sha tool with gentle, upward and outward strokes, gliding it over facial oil for smooth movement. Apply light pressure around sensitive areas like the eyes and slightly firmer pressure along the jawline and forehead. For optimal results, aim to use the Gua Sha tool once or twice daily, or ideally, 2-3 times per week.

      Step 1: Cleanse

Start with a clean face to remove any dirt or makeup, ensuring a fresh surface for your Gua Sha ritual.

Step 2: Apply a Facial Oil or Serum

Apply a hydrating oil or serum to create a smooth glide for the Gua Sha, preventing any tugging on your skin.

Step 3: Start at the Neck

Hold the Copper Gua Sha tool at an angle and begin with gentle, upward strokes up to 5-10 times along the sides of your neck. This promotes lymphatic drainage and circulation.

      Step 4: Cheeks and Jawline

Using smooth motions, start from the chin and move outward along your jawline toward the ears up to 5-10 strokes. For the cheeks, sweep the tool outward from the nose toward the temples to lift and contour.

      Step 5: Under-Eye Area

Using very light pressure, sweep from the inner corner of each eye outward toward the temples 3-5 strokes . This delicate area benefits from reduced puffiness and fewer dark circles.

      Step 6: Forehead

Start at the centre of your forehead and move outward toward the hairline up to 10 strokes. This releases tension and smooths fine lines, especially between the brows.

Gua Sha is generally suitable for most skin types; however, if you have specific skin concerns, such as rosacea, it’s best to consult with your doctor or dermatologist. Gua Sha isn’t recommended for those taking blood thinners or other medications that affect blood clotting, and those with active acne may want to avoid applying pressure or friction to the skin.

If you notice some redness after your Gua Sha session, there’s no need to worry—this is common and usually fades shortly after completing the routine.
